When making you own claw connectors, you need the very best stainless steel wires, having the right combination of hardness and form memory enabling you to shape them easily – while they at the same time stay perfectly in shape during practical fishing.
This wire is made from high-end stainless steel for optimal corrosion and rust protection – available in diameters of 0,8 – 0,9 and 1,0 mm. 0,8 – 0,9 mm versions is mainly used for claw connectors where they give a super balance between being easy to shape and staying in shape during fishing, but still being able to flex a bit if leverage arise on a big fish. 0,75 mm is perfect for seatrout and pike. 0,9 mm is perfect for larger pike baits. The 1,0 mm version fits the hole in our wire mounted Softbait Release Connectors. Length – 18 centimetres. 0,8-0,9 mm are sold in packets of 100 pcs, 1,0 mm is sold in packet of 50 pcs.
NB: ON MOST SEATROUT LURES YOU MUST ADD A 0,4-0,5 GRAM TUNGSTEN BEAD TO YOUR CLAW CONNECTOR IN ORDER TO GET THE RIGHT MOVEMENT OF THE LURE IN THE WATER.
