When making you own claw connectors, you need the very best stainless steel wires, having the right combination of hardness and form memory enabling you to shape them easily – while they at the same time stay perfectly in shape during practical fishing.
This wire is made from high-end stainless steel for optimal corrosion and rust protection – available in diameters of 0,55 – 1,0 mm. 0,70-0,75 mm is the perfect choice for seatrout Claw Connectors where as 0,8 – 0,9 mm versions is mainly used for pike and salmon claw connectors where they give a super balance between being easy to shape and staying in shape during fishing, but still being able to flex a bit if leverage arise on a big fish. Choose 0,55-0,6 mm to Clawflies or In-line Clawflies used for seatrout. One piece of wire is enough for two In-line Claw Fly Shanks.. The 1,0 mm version fits the hole in our wire mounted Softbait Release Connectors. Length – 18 centimetres. Sold in packet of 30 pcs.
NB: ON MOST SEATROUT LURES YOU MUST ADD A 0,3-0,5 GRAM TUNGSTEN BEAD TO YOUR CLAW CONNECTOR IN ORDER TO GET THE RIGHT MOVEMENT OF THE LURE IN THE WATER.
